We will literally and figuratively leave no stone unturned when it comes to analysing the site you wish to build on. On a basic level this will involve accurate measuring and subsequent confirmation of the existing drawings in order to ensure our drafts are 100 per cent accurate. We will also carry out a detailed photographic representation of the site for future reference.

On a macro level we also contextualise the building by taking into account all the extenuating factors on the site, from features that will have an impact on the implementation of our planning to how the work will fit into the neighbouring environment.
